Privacy Act

Pardon Purpose)

The service will provide a CCRTS report based on a fingerprinting search. It will contain only information permitted to be disclosed under federal law.  

Privacy Act for US Immigration or Visa

  • If you need the Certified Criminal Record Check requested under the Privacy Act to be fingerprint-based,  also specifically request the record which includes the “RCMP National Repository entire holdings.” 

  • Please check the U.S. Visa website to decide on the police certificate requirements for your application.

Privacy Act for Pardon Purpose

  • This service will provide copies of suspended criminal record
